Burning question – KIDS ROOMS!? – Ok! We admit that our kids’ rooms are usually not super neat, but staging to sell is a WHOLE different way of looking at design. Do you let your kids decorate their own room, or do you guide them (or take over ha!)?

As I type this, I am sitting in my office, which used to be my media room…looking into my dining room that used to be my office. Our talented realtor had us switch around the room purposes and we are grateful the house sold in one day!

However, it is not the layout that worked best in daily life for our family. Can you think of rooms you may not use often that could take on a unique purpose? Maybe one that suits your family better?
